1. Who we are

2. We are not a gambling operator

This is critical, so we will state it plainly. PixelCrown is an editorial publication. We do not accept stakes, we do not hold or process customer funds, we do not operate any form of gambling, and we do not offer anything to wager on. We hold no Gambling Commission licence because we do not carry out any licensable activity.

Any account you open, any deposit you make and any money you lose or withdraw is a matter strictly between you and the licensed operator concerned. We are not a party to that relationship, we have no access to your account, and we cannot intervene in it. Complaints about a gambling operator must be raised with that operator, and then with its Alternative Dispute Resolution provider; we have no authority over any operator and cannot adjudicate.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
